We built Ghostli to fix the scramble when something breaks

Ghostli is made by Johan and Shaun. We work in South African hospitality, and we kept running into the same problem.

The problem we kept seeing

Something breaks during a guest's stay. A geyser, a gate motor, the pool pump. The host scrambles to find someone who can come out. The guest waits and wonders if anyone is coming. It is stressful for everyone, and it usually happens at the worst time.

The idea

Honestly, we thought it would be great if there was a system that connects local talent with hosts the moment something breaks. The host gets a fast reaction. The guest gets the feeling that this place has it handled. That is the heart of Ghostli.

So we built a tool that spots problems early, gets you quotes from contractors nearby, and keeps your guests informed. It also keeps everything a guest needs for their stay, like the gate code and WiFi, in one simple link.

Where we are now

Ghostli is in early access. We are building it hand in hand with real guesthouses and lodges around South Africa. That means it is honest about what it does today. We would rather show you a working thing than promise a big one.
