How we keep your data safe
You trust Ghostli with sensitive things, like the code to a guest's gate. We take that seriously. Here is how we protect it, in plain language.
No passwords to steal
Ghostli does not use passwords. You sign in with a link we email you. That means there is no password to guess, leak, or reuse.
Sensitive codes are encrypted
Gate codes, lockbox codes, and WiFi passwords are stored in encrypted form. They are not readable in our database, even by us.
Secure, trusted hosting
We run on well known hosting and database providers, over secure connections. Our servers are in Europe, with companies that protect data to a high standard.
You stay in control
South African law (POPIA) gives you rights over your information. You can ask us to show you what we hold, fix it, or delete it, at any time.
We are early, and we take this seriously
Ghostli is a young product, and we are honest about that. We are not going to claim badges we have not earned. What we can promise is that we build carefully and we fix things fast. If you ever spot something that looks wrong, email us at support@yourghostli.com and we will look into it right away.
